Highlands, Islands & Ireland Exclusions: Delivery restrictions apply to 28 postcodes located across the UK Highlands, Northern Ireland, and offshore Islands. If your address falls within these excluded postcodes, standard delivery service may not be available or additional surcharges may apply.
4. Courier Tracking & Delivery Instructions

UK Carrier Tracking: We share full tracking codes issued by UK-based courier partners. You can verify the progress of your shipment directly on the official courier website using the provided tracking code.

Safe Place & Special Instructions: Couriers may leave parcels in a safe place or shed if instructed or according to their standard delivery protocols. CoreCotton Living cannot be held liable for parcels left in designated safe spaces. It is the buyer's responsibility to display clear visible instructions on their door or window instructing the courier on how to handle the package if no one is home to accept delivery.
